It depends on the scope. A business website usually takes 2 to 4 weeks, an online store 4 to 6 weeks, and a mobile app 2 to 4 months. After our first call we send a fixed quote with a timeline, and we share progress every week so you always know where things stand.
Hiring an in-house team takes time and costs a lot in salaries, equipment and management. With us you get designers, developers and a project manager for a fixed price, only for as long as you need them. Many clients work with us first and build their own team later.
We show you working progress every week or two, test everything on real devices and browsers, and apply your feedback before moving on. Nothing is launched until you've reviewed and approved it.
You own the finished product, including the source code. Most clients then pick one of our monthly care plans (from $49/month) so we keep the site or app secure, backed up and up to date, and handle small changes for them. If you'd rather maintain it yourself, we hand over all technical documentation.
No. Our team and office are in Kigali, Rwanda, and we work with European clients fully remotely. Kigali is on UTC+2, the same time as Central Europe in summer and one hour ahead in winter, so our working days overlap almost completely. We meet over video calls and keep you updated every week.
We quote and invoice in USD, EUR or FRW, whichever suits you. Projects are usually paid in milestones, with a deposit to start and the balance on delivery.
